Minor update

Made descriptions of the Japan type RR guitars more consistent in the serial numbers database, as well as the colour description 'Honey Blonde'. Added an article where is revealed that Michael Anthony played a 6-string DR on "Spanked" on Van Halen's "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge" (thanks to Chris Atherton!). Fixed the link to Jerry Silva's archived old Heartfield site, which may never have worked before... Updated the serial numbers database and accompanying instrument history data: Current total is 1949 instruments with 5145 events. There are a total of 332 instruments in the galleries. Oh... and there were some non-functioning links to email me... those were corrected too.
